各位GAHK會員、認可寶石鑑證師（CG）和香港珠寶同業，大家好！

自擔任香港寶石學協會（GAHK）Certification & Label Scheme理事、國際事務理事及教育理事以來，我積極籌備GAHK的 CPD (Continuing Professional Development)及CG (Certified Gemmologist)相關事務，致力於促進三個部門的活動相互連接並保持一致。同時，我們也積極參與推動翡翠標準國際化的工作，包括在CIBJO年會及翡翠專責工作小組（CIBJO Congress, CIBJO Jade-Fei Cui Working Group）中的重要角色。 在過去兩年內，我們參加由國際機構如CIBJO、GDGJE和HKCTC主辦的會議外，您們可能也參與了以下由GAHK合辦或主辦的活動：

7. HKCTC Council Meeting at the Government Offices on 9 June 2024: Dr Norman Siu was invited to join the Council Meeting of HKCTC to give a 20-minute presentation of the progress of Internationalisation of Fei Cui Standard. Positive feedback was received right after Norman’s presentation.

12. 「透過 ESG 和 ISO 認證實現可持續性和信任標記」研討會（由香港貿發局主辦，2025年3月7日） [Seminar on Striving for Sustainability and Trustmarking via ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) and ISO Certification on 7 March 2025]

在剛剛於三月七日圓滿落幕的「透過 ESG 和 ISO 認證實現可持續性和信任標記」研討會上，多位國際專家匯聚香港，分享了他們的專業洞見。此次研討會傳遞了一個關鍵訊息：在持續發展的營商理念以及歐洲市場主導的 ESG 法規背景下，無論規模大小的珠寶和寶石企業都必須積極投入 ESG 領域，掌握相關知識和操作方法，以迎接全球市場帶來的挑戰。

由於過去兩年來，Certification & Label Scheme 部門的事務和活動時間表極其緊湊，未能於2024年舉辦年度ISO全日培訓課程，特此致歉，並感謝大家的理解！

基於過去二十年操作制度的發展與豐富的經驗積累，我們認為認可寶石鑑證師（Certified Gemmologist, CG）的專業登記系統應順應國際 ISO 與 ESG 框架下的發展需求，靈活應對變化，並積極向國際化邁進。經過對國際珠寶產業標準化趨勢及翡翠玉器業界持份者需求的深入了解，以及與國際 ISO 專家和翡翠標準專家顧問張展強先生（Ir Mr CK Cheung）的深入探討，我們決定將認可國際鑑證師（Certified International Gemmologist, CIG）的知識與技能框架及其組合內容，納入國際翡翠標準草案的建議範疇。

此外，我們已在多場國際珠寶寶石學會議和活動中陸續宣佈並推動這一發展計劃，旨在促進國際間的認可與協同合作。自 2023 年 4 月 22 日舉行的 GAHK ISO 全日培訓課程以來，我們已多次在重要的國際場合中清晰闡述相關觀點，包括：

- 2023 年 1 月 12 日 ：亞太珠寶標準化技術聯盟工作機制研討會 (AGA Virtual Seminar)；

- 2023 年 10 月 4 日 ：2023 CIBJO Congress Fei Cui Session；

- 2024 年 11 月3 日 ：2024 CIBJO Congress Fei Cui Session。

今年的 GAHK CPD 全日培訓課程定於四月十二日舉行，時間為上午九點半至下午五點，地點設於 香港珠寶玉石廠商會會址。本次課程的主題和內容將聚焦於 ESG 領域的最新知識及相關的 ISO 標準。由講者 CK Cheung 擔任主講，他將引用國際 ISO 標準 IWA 48（2024 年 11 月第一版）《實施環境、社會和治理（ESG）原則的框架》作為授課藍本。

對於希望完成認可寶石鑑證師專業登記和已認證為認可寶石鑑證師的 GAHK 會員，以及有意深入了解 ISO ESG 的業界同仁而言，這次全日學習課程是一個不可錯過的珍貴機會。

這個為期四個持續進修學習時數的ISO ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance)培訓班是邁向CG登記的重要環節，專為GAHK會員量身打造，講者將分享ESG國際化的最新進展以及最新的ISO ESG行業資訊。已完成CG登記的會員也可以參加，吸收最新知識，進一步提升專業水平。培訓班結束後，參加者將獲頒出席證書，並進行合影留念。這是一個增強專業能力並記錄美好時刻的絕佳機會，千萬不要錯過！
